These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoneAgents website, contact forms, scheduling flows, and any managed AI employee services provided by 1G Media LLC dba doneagents ("DoneAgents," "we," "us," or "our"). If you sign a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, or service agreement with us, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Use of the website

You may use the website to learn about DoneAgents and contact us about our services. You agree not to attack, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with the website or any related systems.

Managed AI employee services

DoneAgents provides a managed service that may include workflow mapping, AI employee setup, tool connections, approval routing, monitoring, support, and workflow improvements. The specific services, pricing, pilot terms, workflow scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Approval rules and customer control

You are responsible for approving the workflows, tools, data access, users, and action rules used in your business. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving sensitive actions when a workflow is configured to require approval. DoneAgents may pause, limit, or decline workflows that appear unsafe, unlawful, unreliable, outside scope, or unsuitable for automation.

AI outputs and automation limits

AI and automation systems can make mistakes, misunderstand context, produce inaccurate information, or fail to complete a task. DoneAgents designs workflows with monitoring and escalation, but we do not guarantee that every AI-generated draft, summary, recommendation, message, or action will be error-free. You should independently review important outputs before relying on them.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain access to the tools you authorize, keep your account credentials secure, respond to approval requests in a timely manner, comply with applicable laws, and avoid sending us data that your workflow has not been approved to handle.

Restricted data and regulated use

Unless we specifically agree in writing, DoneAgents services are not designed for emergency services, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, employment decisions, or other high-risk regulated decisions. You should not provide sensitive personal information, regulated health information, payment card data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive data unless the workflow and written agreement specifically allow it.

Pricing, billing, and cancellation

Website pricing is informational and may change. Active customer pricing, billing dates, pilot discounts, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and included services are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due in advance and are not refundable for periods already started.

Third-party tools

DoneAgents may connect to third-party services such as CRMs, email platforms, scheduling tools, messaging tools, AI providers, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and other business applications. Third-party tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, data practices, or limitations.

Intellectual property

DoneAgents branding, copy, graphics, layouts, workflows, templates, prompts, documentation, methods, and website materials are owned by DoneAgents or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reuse them without written permission. You retain ownership of your business data, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the services.

Service inquiries

Sending a form, email, or scheduling request does not create a customer relationship or require DoneAgents to accept an engagement. We may decline work that is outside scope, unsafe, regulated beyond our current capabilities, or not a good fit.

No professional advice

Website content and AI-generated workflow outputs are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for advice specific to your business.

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. DoneAgents disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance, except where a written agreement states otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DoneAgents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total liability for claims related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to DoneAgents for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoneAgents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your data, your instructions, your approved workflows, or your violation of applicable law.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if we believe continued access creates security, legal, operational, payment, or abuse risk. Customer termination rights are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
