This Privacy Policy applies to the DoneAgents website, contact forms, scheduling flows, sales conversations, and managed AI employee services provided by 1G Media LLC dba doneagents ("DoneAgents," "we," "us," or "our").

AI systems and workflow processing

DoneAgents provides managed AI employee services. That means customer-approved information may be processed by AI systems, automation tools, infrastructure providers, communication tools, CRM systems, scheduling tools, observability tools, and other service providers needed to perform the agreed workflow.

We aim to limit access to the information needed for the approved workflow. Customers should not provide sensitive personal information, regulated health information, payment card data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive data unless we have specifically agreed in writing that the workflow is designed to handle it.

How we share information

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us host the website, schedule meetings, send email, manage CRM records, operate AI workflows, monitor systems, process payments, provide support, and secure our services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce agreements, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of the word. We do not use customer workflow data to knowingly train public AI models unless expressly agreed in writing.

For managed workflows, customers remain responsible for deciding which tools and data DoneAgents may access and which actions require approval. We design workflows so important actions, sensitive replies, and uncertain situations can be routed back to the owner or approved user when appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, internet transmission, or automated system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, operate our business, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve workflows, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. We may retain backup or log data for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Your choices
